It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Madame Jaroslawa Woloshyn-Chochlacz, on February 28, 2019, at the age of 96.
Beloved wife of Iwan Chochlacz of blessed memory. She will be deeply missed by family and friends in Ukraine and Canada.
A Panakhyda will be celebrated at St. Sophie Cathedral, 6255 Boul St-Michel, Rosemont, on Monday March 4, 2019 at 8:00 p.m. The funeral service will take place in her village of Krohultsi, Ternopil Oblast, Ukraine.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to the doctors and nurses at the Montreal General Hospital for their wonderful support and care.
