James A. Giberson
1929-2019
The death of James Addington Giberson of Beechwood, NB occurred on
Friday, March 29, 2019 at Hotel Dieu Hospital, Perth Andover, NB
surrounded by loved ones. Born April 26, 1929 in Carlingford, NB he
was the son of the late Saunders and Rachel (Hatheway) Giberson. He
was predeceased by his siblings, Glenwood Giberson, Phyllis Cahill
(Charles), Kathleen Kinney (Lester) and Ella Miskimen (Johnny); chosen
grandson, Jack Chapman and his daughter, Cory Chapman; 4 nephews,
Franklin, Neil, David, Carroll Kinney.
James is survived by his chosen daughter, Rachel Klingler (Don);
chosen grand daughter, Mary Doherty (Jeff); chosen great
grandchildren, Zarah and Gabbie Doherty, Jolean, Ivan and Harry
Chapman; nieces and nephews, Sharon Miskimen, Virgil Miskimen, Marlene
Stauffer, John Cahill, Billy Cahill, Betty Cahill, Wayne Cahill, Linda
Stone, Ruth Gee, Vilo Crain and Kempton Kinney as well as many great
nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Visitation will be held from L.R. Giberson Funeral Directors, 207
Burnham Rd. Florenceville -Bristol on Monday, April 1, 2019 from 5-8
pm. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 2, 2019 at 1:00
pm from the L.R. Giberson Funeral Chapel with Rev. Carl DeMerchant
officiating. The interment will be in the Wharton Cemetery at a later
date. Donations made to Harvest House or the Wharton Cemetery would be
