On February 19, 2019, Tessa Faye Marie Hutton, my beautiful daughter, best friend, loving and ever-so-nurturing mother to baby Isla-Faye, passed away suddenly, the day of the Super Moon. Tessa’s heart continued to beat until 11:07 pm on February 21, 2019. She continued to give so unconditionally, going on to save the lives of six people. Tessa, our Moon Princess, is a beautiful, free-spirited soul and will forever continue to embrace us all during her journey. Her memory will forever live on in our hearts…We miss you so much, Sweetheart.
Tessa is survived by her loving family: partner Greg, daughter Isla-Faye, mother Heidi (Dan Fortin), maternal grandmother Nana Faye, uncle Jeff Hutton, the Merritt family and Greg’s mom Averil and sister Robyn.
A service is to be held at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, March 6, 2019 at Springfield Funeral Home, 2020 Springfield Road, Kelowna. On this day of the New Moon, the Earth, Sun and Moon are perfectly in line – the tides at their highest and their lowest.
