1944-2019
It is with heavy hearts that the family of Joseph Henri Louis
Guillemette announce his passing which occurred on March 17, 2019 at
his home in Springfield, NB. Born in Villeroy, QC, on
February 9, 1944, he was the son of the late Lucien and Marie Bethe
(Carriѐre) Guillemette.
Henri is survived by his wife Barbara (Mortimer) Guillemette; daughter
Nicole of Kingston, NB; son Matthew Guillemette of Kingston, ON;
brothers: Roland Guillemette, Denis Guillemette (Mable Desrochers),
Leo Guillemette and Andrѐ Guillemette (Suzanne Demers);
sisters: Claire Guillemette (Heinz Protzmann), Nicole Guillemette
(Bruno Sénéchal) and Cécile
Guillemette (Pierre Tremblay); as well as many nieces and
nephews.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Reid’s Funeral Home
(506-832-5541), 1063 Main Street, Hampton, NB. A Celebration of
Henri’s life will be held on Saturday, April 6, 2019 at the
Kingston Parish Hall from 1 to 4pm.
The family would like to express a special thank you to Wayne
& Tammy Fudge of Hampton, and Bobby Robertson of Springfield
for their kindness shown towards Henri over the years. Your
care and compassion will not be forgotten.
Donations in memory of Henri may be made to a Living Memorial
or to a charity of the donor’s choice. Personal condolences
to the family and memorial donations may be made through
