DEMEYERE, Helen Ethel (nee Pangborn) – passed away at the Rosewood Retirement Home, Simcoe on Thursday, February 28th, 2019 in her 91st year. Beloved wife of the late Douglas Demeyere Sr. (2015). Loving mother of Linda Hunsinger (Ray) of Selkirk, Patricia Chambers (Larry) of Simcoe and the late Douglas Jr. & Starr Demeyere (2015). Cherished grandmother & great grandmother of Vicki-Lee Maxwell of Hamilton, Larry Chambers Jr. (Sherry) of Simcoe, children Colton & Elisha; Rob Chambers (Cindy) of Simcoe, children Jonah & Georgia; Derek Demeyere (Alisha) of Simcoe, children Abbey & Tyler; and Kristy Chong (Dr. Michael) of Calgary, children Hayden & Spencer. Helen will be lovingly remembered by her brother Herbert Pangborn (late Madge) of Kingston, by her brother-in-law Fred Demeyere (Lu) and by her sister-in-law Pam Peters. Predeceased by her parents, Amy & Herbert Pangborn; by her brother Gordon Pangborn (late Isabele) and by her brother-in-law Rodger Demeyere. Helen will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews & extended family. All services will remain private. The JASON SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 689 Norfolk St. N. Simcoe in care of arrangements.
