1939-2019
Gerald LeBlanc, 79, of Cocagne and formerly of Bouctouche, passed away
at home on Wednesday March 27, 2019. He was married to Della
(Belliveau) LeBlanc. Born in Bouctouche, he was the son of the late
Joseph C. and the late Angèla (Belliveau) LeBlanc.
He will be sadly missed by his wife Della, his two children; Debbie
Pineda (Ricardo) of Framingham, MA and Ronald (Paula) of Waltham, MA
as well as two grandsons; Brendan and Justin. He also leaves to mourn
his sister Stella Gautreau (Rhéal), his four brothers; Arthur
(Emerise), Lionel (Diana), Calixte (Maria) and Joseph «Jeff»
all of Bouctouche and several nephews and nieces.
He was predeceased by one brother, Adelard (2015).
Visitations will be held at Maillet Funeral Home, 29 rue de
l’église, Bouctouche on Sunday March 31, 2019 from 7 to 9
and on Monday from 9:30 to 10:45 am. A funeral Mass will be
celebrated at the Saint-Jean Baptiste Roman Catholic Church,
Bouctouche on Monday April 1, 2019 at 11:00 am with interment in the
parish cemetery in the spring.
In Gerald’s memory, donations may be made to the Heart and
Stroke Foundation.
Funeral arrangements are in the professional care of Maillet Funeral
Home, Bouctouche.
