Eva Mae Outhouse 1924 2019

Obituary of Eva Mae Outhouse
Eva Mae Outhouse went home to be with her Lord and Saviour on March 27, 2019 in her 95th year. She was predeceased by her husband Murland Outhouse and by eight siblings of the Vaughan Lent family.
She is survived by her children Rosiland (Fred); Wayne (Jane); Christopher (Paula) and daughter-in-law Angela Elliott; her grandchildren Christian Dakin (Julie); Natalie Sibley (Kyle); Jonathan Dakin (Jenniffer); Kaitlin (Nate); Hannah and Samuel Outhouse; her great-grandchildren Jessica; Joel and Caleb Dakin; Emma and Owen Sibley and her remaining sister Muriel Elliott.
She will be fondly remembered as a loving wife and mother, a wonderful neighbor, a friend who enjoyed cooking, baking and entertaining; and all who dropped by, would be sure to not go away hungry.
Eva was a member of the Tiverton Baptist Church, the Ladies Missionary Group, the Rebekah Lodge and an avid member of the Tiverton Super Seniors. She loved her games, especially Scrabble and 63s. She was always full of fun and energy and even in her “elder years” she could still wear out us younger folk!
We, her family will be forever grateful for the loving care she received during her stay at Tideview Terrace – Dominion House. We cannot say enough about all the staff members who played a part in her life during those years and how much it means to us to know she was in the hands of those who care to make a difference.
Cremation has taken place, as per her wishes, and a Memorial Service will take place in Tiverton at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to the Parkinson Foundation Canada. Arrangements have been entrusted to Serenity Funeral Home, Digby County Funeral Chapel, 367 Highway #303, Digby, B0V 1A0 (902-245-2444).

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Eva
