Cassim, Essop Moosajee M.D.
April 15, 1932 – March 9, 2019
Cassim passed away peacefully with family at his side on Saturday March 9, 2019 at age 86.
Sadly missed by his wife Marlene, daughters Soraya, Nadia and Leila, sons-in-law David, Andy and Rob, grandchildren Isaac, Malcolm, Evan, Kirin, Marnie, Patrick and Tara, niece Degan and her sons Austin and Aaron, and god-daughters Cyndi and Stephanie. Fondly remembered by dear friends and family in Kingston and around the world.
A service will be held in the Chapel of JAMES REID FUNERAL HOME, 1900 John Counter Boulevard on Saturday March 30 at 2:00 pm. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 12:00 pm until 1:50 pm and during a reception following the service in the James Reid Reception Centre.
For those wishing, donations to Doctors Without Borders or the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
