Formerly of Blyth, ON, passed away on Thursday, March 28, 2019 at the age of 96.
Beloved wife of the late Michael John Kelly.
Loving mother of the late Peter Kelly (Gisele) of Blyth, Elizabeth van Lammeren (the late Louis) of Kitchener, Dorothy Procter (Frank) of Belgrave, Rosemarie Lee (David) of Blyth, Theresa Abell-Rinn (John) of Blyth and Grace Schmidt (Bruce) of Blyth.
Will be missed by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Dear sister of Mike Kukucska (Margaret), Anne Papp (the late Bob) and John Kukucska.
Survived by her sister-in-law Beth Kelly and many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her son-in-law Ron Abell, sister Helen Teknyos, brother Tony Kukuscka (Betty), sister Mary Stark (Matt), special sister-in-law Mae Craig and brother-in-law Clarence Kelly.
Elizabeth’s family will receive relatives and friends from 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. on Monday, April 1, 2019 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Prayers will be offered at the funeral home at 8:45 p.m. on Monday. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Mary’s RC Church, 56 Duke St. W. Kitchener, ON on Tuesday, April 2, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. Reception to follow in the church hall. Interment at St. Michael Cemetery, Blyth, ON at a later date.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Covenant House Toronto or the charity of choice would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
