nee Banks
Passed away peacefully at Stratford General Hospital on Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at the age of 92. Beloved wife of the late Ivan Simpson (March, 2001). Loving mother of Nigel Simpson, Nadine MacLachlan (Brian) and Janice Randell (Jerry). Cherished grandmother of Nicole (Mitch), Lauren, Nathan, Karen (Danny), Emily, Andrew and Corbett. Predeceased by her parents Alfred and Elizabeth Banks. Sister of Ronald, Raymond, Paul and Kenneth. Special thank you to River Gardens Retirement Residence, Dr. Kara and the doctors and nurses of Stratford General Hospital, Emergency Department for their care and compassion. Private service will be held. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make a donation in memory of Edna are asked to please consider the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
