Obituary of David Lepp
Dave Lepp Sr. – October 20, 1920 – March 17, 2019
Dave Lepp Sr. passed away peacefully at Niagara Falls General Hospital in his 99th year. He is predeceased by his wife Anne Lepp (nee Dyck), his daughter Margo Lepp and 10 of his siblings, with one surviving sister, Katie Weinberger. He is survived by his wife Marie of 27yrs, his children, David Lepp (Paula), George Lepp (Cindi), Bruce Lepp and Liesa Lepp, step children Wendy Wurtele(Scott), Linda Lillie (Deo) and Melanie Telford. He will be greatly missed by his 21 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and one great, great grandchild. He was a loving uncle and great uncle to many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Dave was employed at General Motors for 33 years, and enjoyed his fruit farm throughout his working life. He and Marie enjoyed many years traveling to Florida for their winter get-a-way. He is now with his Lord and savior in heaven.
Funeral arrangements are with Tallman Funeral Home. The family will receive guests at Bethany Church at 572, East & West Line in Virgil Ont. on Wednesday evening, 6:00pm – 8:00pm. Funeral will take place at Bethany Mennonite Church on Thursday at 11:00am. Memorial donations if desired can be made to MCC Canada (mcccanada.ca).
