It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of Charles Edward Downer, aged 70 years. Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Centre surrounded by his family on Saturday, March 30, 2019. Predeceased by his parents Daniel and Josephine, sisters Shirley, Ruth and brother Charlie. Leaving with fond and loving memories his wife of 45 years Doreen, children Charlene (Paul), Jason and Stephen, grandchildren Cameron, Andrew and Julia.
