C’est avec tristesse que nous annonçons le décès de Chantale (JC) Lévesque.
Elle a pris son envol vers un monde meilleur le 25 mars 2019, à l’âge de 53 ans, suite à sa bataille contre le cancer.
Elle laisse dans le deuil, ses sœurs ; Ann et Lise, ses frères ; Stéphane, Christian et Yves ainsi que plusieurs nièces et neveux.
Une célébration commémorative aura lieu à La Maison Adhémar Dion au 4500 chemin Saint-Charles à Terrebonne, QC, le dimanche 14 avril 2019.
Visites de 13h à 15h, suivi d’une célébration de sa vie à 15h.
La famille sera reconnaissante de dons commémoratifs à La Maison Adhémar Dion – Centre de soins palliatifs.
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Chantale (JC) Lévesque.
She left us for a better world, at the age of 53, on March 25, 2019, following her battle with cancer.
She leaves to mourn for, her sisters; Ann and Lise, her brothers; Stéphane, Christian and Yves, along with many nieces and nephews.A commemorative celebration will be held at Maison Adhémar Dion at 4500 Saint-Charles Road, Terrebonne, QC, on Sunday April 14, 2019.
Visitation from 1 pm to 3 pm, followed by a celebration of her life at 3 pm.
The family will be grateful for commemorative donations to: La Maison Adhémar Dion – Palliative Care Center.
