It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Bryce Warden Logan which occurred on Sunday, March 10th, 2019, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born 1941, in St. Stephen, NB, he was the son of the late H. Warden and Winifred Logan. Bryce worked for NB Tel for 33 years before retiring in 1996. He was an avid reader and he enjoyed family genealogy. Bryce loved going for long drives, taking day trips and he also enjoyed dancing.
Bryce is survived by his loving and devoted wife Jeanette (Carr) of 54 years; son Craig Logan (Ruth) of Quispamsis; grandsons Kyle (Emily), Trent and Shane (Corrine Donovan); as well as several nieces, nephews and friends. Along with his parents, Bryce was predeceased by his half-brother.
A special thank you to the staff of SJRH Palliative Care for their kindness and compassion.
Arrangements are under the direction of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424) with visitation being held on Thursday, March 14th from 2 to 7 p.m. Private services will be held and an interment will take place at a later date. Donations in memory of Bryce may be made to the Saint John Regional Hospital Palliative Care Unit, Bobby’s Hospice or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
