1943-2019
Berma Lee Spavold of Temperance Vale NB, passed away on March 8, 2019
at the York Care Centre. She was born on May 8, 1943 at Zealand, NB, a
daughter of the late Henry and Susan (Morehouse) Schoenfelder. Berma
Lee loved shopping, attending yard sales, she worked for Avon for
years and enjoyed visitng family.
She is survived by her children, Selena Trail, Temperance Vale, NB and
John Spavold (Susie); one grandson Cody, Millville, NB, one
granddaughter, Taylor Trail, Temperance Vale, NB; the father of her
children, Perley Trail; two brothers, Clayton Morehouse (Verna),
Zealand, NB and John Spavold (May), Saint John, NB; three sisters,
Bina McLaggan, Fredericton, NB, Beryl Gordon (Ross), Fredericton, NB
and Barbara Spavold (Hyman), Maple Ridge, BC; and several nieces,
nephews and cousins.
In addition to her parents, Berma Lee is predeceased by one son Dana
Trail and one sister Betty Spavold.
Visiting hours will be held at Flewelling Funeral Home, 585 Otis
Drive, Nackawic, NB on Wednesday, March 13, 2019 from 12 noon until 2
pm, followed by the funeral service in the funeral home chapel with
Rev. Ryan Farrell officiating. Interment will be at a later date at
Temperance Vale Cemetery.
For those who wish to make a donation in memory of Berma Lee, the
family has suggested Diabetes Association, Heart and Stroke Foundation
or donor’s choice.
