At Prince Edward County Memorial Hospital on Friday March 8th, 2019, Alice Bannister (nee Hawley), of West Lake Terrace passed away at the age of 81.
Beloved wife of the late Douglas Laverne Bannister. Dear mother of Morley Bannister and his wife Kelly of Picton and the late Mary Bannister. Dear sister of Margaret Axhorn (Dave), Doris Mills (late Norman), Kathy Koppens (Martin), John Hawley (late Janet) and the late Shirley Skeene. Sadly missed by her grandchildren Elisha and Billy and her 4 great grandchildren Kelsie, Brooklynn, Braeden and Willard. Lovingly remembered by her many nieces and nephews.
Cremation has taken place. A private family graveside service will be held in Cherry Valley Cemetery followed by a celebration of her life at the Picton Elks Lodge in the Spring of 2019.
If desired, donations to the Prince Edward County Memorial Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
