Ed Best passed peacefully with his loving family by his side at Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook on Thursday, February 28, 2019 at the age of 61 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife and best friend Linda; children: Christa (Geoff) Baldwin, Shannon (Christina), Sara (Jamie) Vatcher, and Stephanie (Rod) Bennett; grandchildren: Sarah, Josh, Jack, Emily, Jada, and Jordon; his fur baby Quincy; sister: Doreen (Gary) Pardy, niece Tracy, nephew Troy and sister Kathy Best; mother in-law: Phyllis Chaulk; sister in-law: Marina (Derek) Hutchings, niece Jennifer and nephews Mark and Scott; brothers in-law: Alex Chaulk (Karen), niece Jody and nephew Jason; Michael Chaulk (Debbie), and nephew Kevin; coffee buddy Bob Buckle and wife Linda; dear friends Pauline and Martin Deegan, Pauline and John Fox and Rhonda Mullett. Ed was predeceased by his parents Cleve and Toots and father in-law Ern Chaulk. As per Eds request an intimate family service will take place. A Celebration of Eds Love of music and Friends will take place at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the SPCA 10 Connors Road Corner Brook, NL A2H 3G4, or to a Charity of One’s Choice.
