Obituary of MARGARET ARLENE GOBLE
GOBLE, Margaret Arlene – Peacefully with her family by her side at Hamilton General Hospital on Wednesday March 27, 2019 of Waterford at the age of 85. Beloved wife of the late Arnold Goble. Loving mother and grandmother of Rick (and Chris), their children Adam (and Baillie), Ashley (and Robert); Carolyn (and Pete) Berkel, their children Jill (and Nathan), Sara (and Kyle), Nathan (and Emily); Jeff (and Mixzaida), their children Michelle, Jacob; Doug (and Kati), their children Justin (and Tegan), Josh (and Brittney), Hannah, Matias; John (and Wendy), their children Samantha (and Josh), Brittney (and Braden). Great grandmother of 12 great grandchildren. Dear sister of Joyce Kicksee. Marg will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Margaret loved to cook, garden, sew and teach others of her many skills too. She loved her family and friends and her neighbours were always very important to her. She spent much of her time with the Norfolk General Hospital Volunteering Association and helping The Salvation Army also. Margaret was a long-time member of Villa Nova Baptist Church and Norfolk County Quilters Guild. Friends may be received at Villa Nova Baptist Church on Saturday April 6, 2019 from 9am until service time at 11am. Rev. Andrew Bunner officiating. As expressions of sympathy the family would appreciate donations to Villa Nova Baptist Church. Funeral arrangements are entrusted with THOMPSON-MOTT FUNERAL HOME, Waterford, 519-443-5332.
