Après une dure bataille contre le cancer Elizabeth Jurisich s’est éteinte le 18 mars 2019 à l’hôpital CHEO. Elle est allée rejoindre son papa Michael qui l’a précédée au ciel il y a 10 ans.
On se rappellera d’Elizabeth comme étant une fille généreuse, attentionnée, aimante, drôle, artiste et sportive. Elle adorait ses amies et on les remercie spécialement pour leur support durant les mois d’hospitalisation. On remercie aussi toute l’équipe du 4 Nord du CHEO pour leurs soins et générosité.
En plus de sa mère Anne Demers et de son beau-père Serge Lebrun, elle laisse dans le deuil ses beau-frères et sœurs Frédérique, Fanny (Benjamin), Maxime et Simon Rivet, ses grands-parents Nada et Zvonko Jurisich, Micheline et Georges Demers, ses tantes Catherine (Simon) et Stéphanie (Jean-Philippe) et son oncle Paul (Johanna) et cousins, cousines qui l’aimaient beaucoup.
Les amis sont invités à la Maison funéraires Tubman – Chapelle Garden, 3440 Richmond Rd, Nepean (entre Bayshore et Baseline Rd), le samedi 23 mars de 10h à 14h. Les funérailles auront lieu dans la chapelle à 14h. Réception à suivre.

After a hard battle against cancer Elizabeth Jurisich died March 18, 2019 at CHEO hospital. She is gone to meet her father Michael in heaven where is preceded her 10 years ago.
We will remember Elizabeth as being generous, attentive, loving, funny, an artist and sportive girl. She loved her friends and we thank them specially for their support during the months she was hospitalized. We would also like to thank the whole 4 North team at CHEO for their great care and generosity.
In addition to her mother Anne Demers and her step-father Serge Lebrun, she is leaving behind her step brothers and sisters Frédérique, Fanny (Benjamin), Maxime and Simon Rivet, her grand-parents Nada et Zvonko Jurisich, Micheline et Georges Demers, her aunts Catherine (Simon) and Stéphanie (Jean-Philippe) and her uncle Paul (Johanna) and numerous cousins who were loving her.
Friends are invited to the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Rd, Nepean (Between Bayshore and Baseline Rd), on Saturday, March 23 from 10am to 2pm. Funeral to take place in the Chapel at 2pm. Reception to follow.
