Obituary of Mary Patricia BOSIRE
Patricia, (nee Smith) of Calgary, AB, passed away on Tuesday, March 19, 2019 at the age of 75 years.
Patricia had a lifelong career as an Early Childhood Educator and Supervisor of the daycare programs for the City of Calgary. She was a passionate and tireless advocate for the young and vulnerable in her community and a voice for those without a voice. Her life is being celebrated by many in Australia, Kenya, the Netherlands, Arizona, and here in Canada, East Coast and West.
She is survived by her husband, Momanyi “Moses” Bosire; her daughters Sooze (Dale Bradshaw) Bosire of New South Wales, Australia, and Mona (Greg Letendre) Bosire of Dawson Creek, B.C.; her grandchildren, Joseph James Gallant “JJ” and Judy Patricia Jean Letendre; and her sisters Catherine (Alfred) Hennessey and Betty (Claude) Maurice.
Patricia was predeceased by her parents Magarette Isadora and George Linus Smith.
She will be dearly missed by the extended friends and family so important to her in life. A family tea party to celebrate her life will be held on her birthday, March 25.
