October 2, 1927 – March 16, 2019
Passed away peacefully, at Hospice Prince Edward on Saturday March 16th, 2019. Pat LeBlanc, of Picton, formerly of Acton, ON, at the age of 91.
Beloved wife of the late Hector. Loved mother of Gale Forsythe and her late husband Andrew of St. Davids, ON and Martin LeBlanc and his wife Donna of Calgary. Proud nana of Kerry (Karie), Nadine, Kevin (Jing), Rachel (Rob) and great nana of Nairn, Liam, Gabriela, Vigo, Ayden and Sophie. Pat will be sadly missed by her nieces and nephews and friends.
At Pat’s request there will be no service or visitation.
Cremation has taken place.
If desired, donations to the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada would be appreciated by the family.
