It is with heavy hearts that we say goodbye to our beautiful and wonderful mother. On Thursday, March 7, 2019 at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre Palliative Care Unit at the age of 90. Beloved wife of the late John Earl Moncrief (2010). Loving mother of Jane Mark, Karen Moncrief-Kitchen (Steve), and Susan Steenburgh (Darrell). Cherished grandmother of Johnny Mark, Katie Mark, and Adam Kitchen. Survived by her brother Bob Shelton and her sister-in-law Hazel Ball. Shirley will be sadly missed by her cousins, nieces, nephews and her many friends. There will be a celebration of Shirley`s life held at the HIGHLAND PARK FUNERAL CENTRE 2150 Bensfort Rd., Peterborough on Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at 2:00 PM. Reception to follow in the Highland Park Reception Centre. In memory of Shirley, donations to the Arthritis Society or the PRHC Palliative Care Unit would be appreciated by the family.
