Peacefully, at Central Place Retirement Community, Owen Sound on Sunday, March 3rd, 2019 in her 92nd year. Elsie, loving wife of the late Jack, beloved mother of Bev and his wife Jane, Shirley and her late husband Don Buckton, and Joan and her husband Michael Armstrong. Proud Grandma of Andrew (Kim), Stephanie (Kyle), Jessica (Eric), Melissa (Matt), Michelle (Shawn), Jeffrey (Christine), and Karen (Nathan). Great Grandma of Carter, Isaac, Lucas, Emily, Allison, Adam, Jacob, Evan, and Nicholas.
Friends will be received on Saturday, March 9th, 2019 from 11:00am until the time of the funeral service at 12:00pm at the Breckenridge-Ashcroft Funeral Home, 241 9th Street West, Owen Sound, 519-376-2326. Spring interment Hillcrest Cemetery, Tara.
Memorial donations to the Owen Sound Hospital Foundation for the Oncology Department or a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
