Pokeshaw- Walter Coombs Jr died peacefully at his residence, surrounded by his family, on Sunday February 3rd 2019 at the age of 62. He was the life partner of Sandra Roy and the son of Corinne Thériault and the Late Walter Coombs Sr.
Along with his life partner and his mother, he leaves in mourning, one son: Morgan (Cindy Chomick); three daughters: Erin (Morgan Archer-Shee), Amanda (Matt White), and Haley, three grandsons: Avery, Ashton, Cayden; four brothers: Winston (Kim Coombs), Lyndon (Sylvia Albert), Arthur (Monique Coombs) and Wilbur (Rhonda Palmer); two sisters: Muriel (Billy Dempsey) and Carmen (Arthur Dempsey).
In addition to his father, he was pre-deceased by a son, Brandon (2015).
The family will receive relatives and friends at 2 p.m. Thursday February 7th at LeGresley’s Funeral Home, (322 Acadie Street, Grande-Anse). Funeral service will be held on Friday February 8th, 2019 at 3 p.m.at the St-Simon & St-Jude Church in Grande-Anse.
Visiting hours: Thursday, February 7th, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., and from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. There will be no visitations on Friday, before the funeral.
Funeral arrangements are in the care of Services Funéraires Luc André Benoit inc.
