Honoring a life lived
courageously, the family of Vicki Charlene Wilson announce her
peaceful passing at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital on Friday,
February 1, 2019 following a valiant battle with Multiple Sclerosis.
Vicki was 59. Vicki was surrounded by the love and comfort of her dear
family as she completed her earthly journey. Born in Saint John, NB,
she was a daughter of the late Ashley Robert and Burnis Isabel
(London) Hemphill.
Vicki was a much loved and
respected employee of the Chalmers Hospital for a number of years. She
was a member of Smythe Street Church in
Fredericton.
Vicki will be dearly missed
by her three children, Jason A. Rosborough, Jessica D. Rosborough and
Heaven A. Wilson all of Alberta. She leaves behind three cherished
grandchildren, Riley, Jasper and Carter. She is also survived by a
number of nieces, nephews and cousins. Aside from her parents, she was
predeceased by a sister
Georgie.
The family will gather at
Bishop’s Funeral Home, 540 Woodstock Road, Fredericton, on
Tuesday evening, February 5, 2019 from 6 PM to 8PM for a time of
visitation and sharing of memories. A service celebrating the life of
Vicki Wilson will be held from the same location on Wednesday,
February 6 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Verner Drost officiating. Interment
in the Woodstock Rural Cemetery at a later date. For those who wish to
remember Vicki by way of a memorial contribution, the family suggests
donating to the MS Society of Canada (Atlantic Division).
