Passed away suddenly at the Welland Hospital on Thursday, February 21, 2019 at the age of 85.
Sam leaves behind his beloved wife of 45 years Kimberley Law (nee Munroe). Lovingly missed by his daughter, Dawn McAninch and her husband James. Cherished grandfather of Samuel James and Kendall Rose. Much loved brother of Phyllis Rittenhouse, Ron Law (Phyllis), Thelma Hopkins and Iris Williams.
Missed by his sister-in-law Terry Orson (George), their son Christian (Jen) and great nephew Miles.
Dear brother-in-law of Dr. Ken Munroe (Ellen), Ken Jr., Janelle (Dave), Patrick and Theresa. Sam will also be missed by his many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his first wife Margaret Law (nee Williams,1972), his siblings Robert Law and Rachel Flintoft, and his parents Robert and Mary Law. The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to Dr. R. Nagai and Dr. B. Haynen for thier care and compassion while Sam was in thier care. The Celebration of Life will takae place at Lookout Point Golf Club, 209 Tice Road, Fonthill on Saturday, March 30th beginning at 12:00 noon. A private interment will take place on a later date at Pleasantview Cemetery, Thorold. As an expression of sympathy donations may be made to the Renal Dialysis Unit at the Welland Hospital.
