Suddenly at Kingston Health Sciences Centre on Friday January 25, 2019. Dick Simpson of Seeley’s Bay, in his 85th year. Beloved husband of Joyce Johnston. Dear father of Danny (Cynthia) Simpson, Wendy (Brent) Bolton all of Seeley’s Bay and Cindy (Marc) Laprade of Wooler. Predeceased by brother Bob (Myrtle) Simpson. Fondly remembered by grandchildren; Tara (Ann Marie), Devin (Sarah), Sheena (Adam), Dustin (Laurie), Spencer (Melissa) and great-grandchildren; Kenzie, Francesca and Riley. Predeceased by great-grandchildren; Parker and Emmie. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the Scotland Funeral Home, 27 Main Street, Elgin on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9. Funeral Service in Our Chapel on Thursday morning at 11 o’clock. Inurnment Olivet Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy memorial donations made to Seeley’s Bay United Church or the University Hospitals Kingston Foundation (Cancer Centre) would be appreciated by the family.
