1943-2019
Richard “Kirk” Davis of Wakefield passed away on Tuesday,
February 26, 2019 at the Upper River Valley Hospital in Waterville. He
was born March 15, 1943 and was the son of the late Edward and Dorothy
Davis. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his siblings,
Clayton Davis, Claudine (Roy) Gilham, Gaye Antworth, Willard Davis,
and Bill (Anita) Davis; brother-in-law, Harry Moore.
Kirk is survived by his wife, Joyce Davis of Wakefield; children, Ryan
(Amanda) Davis of Victoria Corner, Tavia (Josh) Cheney of St Stephen,
Philip (Krystyn) Davis of Bristol; grandchildren, Parker (Julia)
Davis, Sierra Davis, Austin Davis, Cayna Cheney, Saida Cheney, Benson
Davis, Malcolm Davis, Violet Davis; father-in-law, Harry (Vivian)
McLean; siblings, Joyce Moore, Gerald (Violet) Davis, Judy Perley,
Dianna (Allan) Giberson; sister-in-law, Marge Davis; brother-in-law,
Harold Antworth; nieces and nephews.
There will be no public visitation. A funeral service will held at the
Hartland Wesleyan Church on Friday, March 1, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. with
Pastor Curtis Kent and Pastor David Wilcox officiating. Interment will
be in the Wakefield Cemetery at a later date. If so desired, donations
can be made to the Waterville Baptist Church, River Valley Cancer
Support Group or the Hartland Community School Kirk Davis Memorial
