TONER , Philip John passed away suddenly and peacefully at Health Sciences North,
Sudbury, on January 28th, 2019 at the age of 92. Son of the late Charles and Florence
Toner. Survived by his sisters Olive Bird (Doug) and Agnes Abigail (Bill). Dear brother
of the late Hubert Toner (Jermaine), Vincent Toner (Irene), Loretta Cox (Sidney), Mary
Margaret Toner, Viola Stewart (Sy), Richard Toner (Lucy), Joseph Toner (Gert), and
Josie Mathe (Clarence). Loving Uncle and Great Uncle to many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his cherished poodle Twister. Phil lived most of his life in Windsor
working for the Ironworkers of Ontario Local 700. There will be a graveside ceremony
held for Phil in the spring at the Sudbury Lasalle Roman Catholic Cemetery, where he
will be laid to rest with his brother Vincent.
