Milan “Mike” Vujcic (Vuja)
VUJCIC Milan (Mike, Vuja) Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on Thursday February 7, 2019 at the age of 64, after a courageous battle with cancer for the past 4 years. Loving husband of Krystyn for 36 years, Tata of Melanie Vujcic (Tom), Tania (James) Marion. Deda to Ava and Emma. Brother of Mira (George) Vulku of Switzerland, also survived by a niece and nephew. Kumovi Rade and Peka Roknic. Kum to Milka Kostic,Vaso Roknic and Mike Roknic, predeceased by Milena Manojlovich. Predeceased by his mama, Danica at the age of 1 and tata, Milic at age 13, also by his Deda and Baba. Milan retired from Georgia Pacific in Thorold in 2011 after 27 years. He will be missed dearly by all family and friends. Special thanks to Dr. Dan Dargavel and staff, Dr. Peter Ellis, Dr. Y. Wang and all the staff of Juravinski, CCAC Niagara and Para Med Nurses. Milan spent his life as a dedicated father and grandfather. He also will be missed for his love of gardening, cars and Tim Hortons coffee. Milan is at the Morse & Son Funeral Home, 5917 Main Street. Family and Friends will be received on Friday February 15, 2019 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Pomen will be conducted at 8 p.m. by Rev. Father Milorad Delic. The Funeral will held on Saturday February 16, 2019 at 10.30 a.m.at the funeral home, and then to St. George Serbian Orthodox Church at 11a.m.
Interment at Fairview Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, those who wish may make a memorial donation to St. George & St. Archangel Serbian Orthodox Church or Cancer Assistance Program, 555 Concession Street, Hamilton ON L8V 1A8.
