January 8, 1968 – February 22, 2019
On Friday, February 22, 2019, at the age of 51 our beloved son, brother, uncle and friend left us to join his Lord and Savior. Predeceased by his mother, Mabel McKay, step-mother Viola Peigan (nee Episkenew) and siblings Vivian Anaquod and Kevin McKay. Left to cherish his memory is his father, Mike Peigan; sisters, Lorraine, Melissa and Lana; brothers, Gary (Elaine), Lester (Marie) and Brian; Special Cousin Howard Keepness. Mike will be remembered for his friendly, quiet nature and generous spirit.
Wake will be held, Friday, March 1, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. in the Chief Ben Pasqua Memorial Hall, Pasqua First Nation. Funeral Service will be held in the following day, Saturday, March 2, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow in the Ashams Beach Cemetery, with dinner to follow. The family would like to thank Pasqua First Nation Chief and Council for their support. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Conley Funeral Home, Fort Qu’Appelle & Raymore 306-322-0555.
