She enjoyed her garden, cooking for her family and anyone else lucky enough to enjoy one of her meals, curling and square dancing at the Rowletta community centre, being a member of the C.W.L. in both Marquis and Moose Jaw, and the many other activities that came with being part of a rural Saskatchewan community. Predeceased by her parents Erwin and Ida, sister Jutta-Marie, brother Hans-Georg, loving husband for 44 years, George Albert and a grandson Daniel Barker, Marie-Luise is survived by her children: Barb (Mike) Barker and their children Kari (Matt) Maltais, Kelly (Penny), Dylan (Kristi), Jesse (Sarah), Casey (Lindsay) and Jina; Stephen Guillaume and his children Robyn (Brian) Shaw, Lynde, Paige (Mike); Julie (Douglas) Stitt and their children Mark (Sharelle), Eric (Kate) and Alison as well as great-grandchildren Blake, Troy, Luke, Piper, Anson, Henrik, Mason and Natalie.
