Kenneth Joseph Doucet, 68, of Baie Sainte-Anne, N.B. passed away on Saturday February 2, 2019 at the Miramichi Regional Hospital.
Born in Chatham, N.B. the son of the late Francis and Alfreda (Savoie) Doucet. Kenneth was a retired lobster fisherman.
He is survived by his wife Donna Doucet, sons; Rene Doucet (Ryette) of Baie Sainte-Anne, Ryan Doucet (Chris) of Halifax, N.S. grandchildren Mackenzie and Zacharie. He is also survived by his sisters and brothers; Alvin Doucet (Lucine) of Baie Sainte-Anne, Marc Doucet (Rosemond) of Baie Sainte-Anne, Vina Wafer (Walter) of Montreal, Frank Doucet (Andrea) of Baie Sainte-Anne, Jean D’Arc Doucet of Montreal, Melvin Doucet (Mona) of Baie Sainte-Anne, Gladys Horan of Newfoundland, Pierrette O’Neil (Raymond) of Escuminac, Steve Doucet (Brigette) of Baie Sainte-Anne, Mary Doucet (Blaine) of Moncton, and several Nieces and nephews.
Kenneth is predeceased by his sisters; Nellie and Barbara, brother Rudolphe.
Kenneth Joseph Doucet is resting at the Baie Sainte-Anne Slumberoom in Baie Sainte-Anne on Tuesday February 5, 2019 from 2-4 & 7-9 pm and on Wednesday February 6, 2019 from 2 – 3:45 pm. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Wednesday February 6, 2019 at St Anne Church in Baie Sainte-Anne at 4pm with Fr Dass officiating.
