Passed away peacefully on February 14, 2019 at the Welland Hospital with her loving family by her side at the age of 75. Beloved wife of Jerry for 59 years. Dear mother of late twin daughters Cheryl Lynn and Geryle Lynn, Brian (Maria), Christine, Bonnie (Patty), and Gerald (Jon). Cherished grandmother of Brian Jr. (Kristen), Michael (Ashlee), Douglas (Reanna), Brandon, Ashley, and Chelsey (Charmaine). Great-grandmother of Carter, Avery, Brian III, Everly, and Bryce. Dear sister to Lewis (Viv), Glen (Beth) and Belinda (Frank). Predeceased by her parents Louis and Anne Wurfel, sister Carol (the late Joe), brother Raymond (Eva), brother Gary (Yolande), and dearest sister Lorraine (Howard). Also missed by her many nieces, nephews and extended family. Special thanks to the staff at Royal Rose and the Welland Hospital Emergency Department. Family and friends will be received at Concordia Lutheran Church, 105 Welland Rd. Fonthill, on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 for Visitation at 10:00 am followed by a Funeral Service at 11:00 am. Burial will follow at Fonthill Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, donations can be made to the Parkinson Society.
