PONT, Freyda (Joy) – On Monday February 11, 2019 at Mackenzie Health Hospital. Cherished daughter of the late Louis and Sarah Pont. Dear sister of Ian and Leonard Pont and sister- in-law of Arlene Pont. Adored aunt of Lisa, Marty, Cecilia, Rebecca and Ryan. Thank you to Joy’s caretakers at Reena, especially Murton McIntosh, for all of the love and kindness you offered her. Joy was aptly named because she had a pure, sweet soul and a smile that lit up a room. Now that she has passed away, some joy is truly gone. She will be missed. Memorial donations can be made to the Reena Foundation, 905-763-8254.
