Joan’s Obituary
In loving memory of Joan Patricia Hayward who passed away at Pinecrest Home for the Aged in Kenora at the age of 85.
Joan is survived by her children Linda Robinson, James (Lynn) Hayward, Glen (Cindy) Hayward, Dale (Tracy) Hayward, grandchildren Candice, Bradley, Sheena, Dayna, Darcy, Hillary, Brittney, Stefanie, 9 great-grandchildren, siblings Jean and Gertie.
Joan was pre-deceased by her husband Wilbert (2018) as well as her parents Albert & Adelaide Volkart and siblings Ed Volkart, Doug Volkart & Irene Habermann.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday February 9th at 11:00am at the United Church in Red Lake with Keith Graber officiating.
A private interment will follow at the Woodland Cemetery, Balmertown.
Donations in honour of Joan may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society or Pinecrest Home for the Aged through the Red Lake Chapel, Box 237, Red Lake, ON, P0V 2M0.
