HORNSBY, Joan Loretta (Long time Member of L.O.B.A. #471) – At Pleasant Meadow Manor on Thursday, February 14, 2019, Joan Hornsby (nee Toms), formerly of Havelock, in her 86th year. Wife of the late William D. Hornsby (2007). Beloved mother of Dennis and his wife Kathy of Havelock, Brian and his wife Catherine of Peterborough and Kevin and his wife Janice of Norwood. Grandma will be sadly missed by Brad, Brianne (Gary), and Katelyn (Sean), Jennifer (James), Melissa (Ken), Andrew (Yaris) and her great-grandchildren Taylor, Erin, Brandy, Summer, Chase, Preston and Kenzie. Sister of Reg Toms and the late Gwen Ellis and Keith Toms. Survived by several nieces and nephews. Resting at BRETT FUNERAL CHAPEL, HAVELOCK on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 from 12:30 pm until time of Funeral Service at 1:30 pm, Mrs. Brenda Leeming officiating. Reception to follow at Havelock United Church. Interment Maple Grove Cemetery, Havelock, in the spring. If desired, donations may be made to Hospice, Norwood.
