Richardson, William James “Jim, Jumbo” Peacefully at the Renfrew Victoria Hospital, on Wednesday February 13, 2019 at the age of 75. Jim Richardson beloved husband of 57 years to Pearl (Blower). Son of the late Henry and Margaret Richardson. Loving father of Christine (Adrian), Beverley (Paul) and Bill (Tracey). Dearly loved grandfather of Dustin (Renée), Summer, Josh, Hayley (Philippe), Austin (Cassie), Liam, Lochlan, Kris and Jamie as well as great-grandfather to Hudson, Walker, Laken and Adeline. Jim is survived by his siblings Brian (Dottie), Royden, Sheldon (Nicholos), Heather and Debbie (Marc). Predeceased by his sisters Beverly and Aloma.
Jim was a man of many hobbies. He loved model trains, Hot Wheels, toy collecting, music and road trips. He very much enjoyed sharing his toys with his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren as well as any of their friends that stopped by. Jim loved guitar jam sessions with his brothers, sisters and their extended family. His road trips were many and always adventurous.
Jim “Jumbo” believed the necessities of life included the love of family, coffee, hamburgers, blue plaid shirts, jeans, black boots, a rake in hand and his willingness to help anyone with his generosity.
The family would like to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers. As per Jim’s request, there will be a private family gathering at a later date. All professional Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Zohr Family Funeral Home, Eganville. Those desiring may make donations in memory of Jim, below; to the charity of your choice.
