Peacefully in hospital on Thursday, February 21, 2019 in her 86th year. Beloved wife of the late Clayton William Neilson. Dear mother of Cindi Delcorde (David) and Curt (Tracey). Loved grandmother of Cole, Adam, Brooke, Matthew, Spencer and Elizabeth and great-grandmother of Casper and Zoey. Sister of the late Grant Clark, Kaye Penner, Joyce Elliott and Garnet Clark. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Friends may visit at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Rd., Nepean, (between Bayshore and Baseline Rd.)on Tuesday, February 26, 2019 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A memorial Service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday, February 27 at 11 a.m. Those wishing may make a donation to the Dementia Society.
