Jason Lee Schultz of Brooks, passed away in Brooks on Wednesday, February 6th, 2018 at the age of 46 years. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 21st at 11:00 AM from Trinity Lutheran Church. Rev. John Theiss officiating. In memory of Jason, if friends desire, memorial tributes may be made to Alzheimer Society of Alberta, 14925 – 111 Avenue, Edmonton, Alberta T5M 2P6.
Cremation is entrusted to Smith Funeral Home Ltd. and Crematorium, Brooks.
