James passed away unexpectedly in the comfort of his home in Englehart, on Thursday, February 14, 2019 at the age of 47 years. Predeceased by his father James Carmen Fraser. James is survived by his friend Rhonda Lamond and will be deeply missed by his mother Barbara (late Robert) Shilling, his brother David (Sherry) Fraser, his sister Deborah (Robin) McCall, his grandmother Grace Cripps; his nieces Amanda and Nicole McCall and Sierra Fraser; his stepchildren Ashley Barrette (Jonathan Woods) and their children David and Emma Woods as well as numerous extended family members and friends.
