OBITUARY
Hubert Brun
August 5, 1946 – January 30, 2019
Unexpectedly in Ottawa on Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at the age of 72 years. Hubert was born in Shediac Cape, New Brunswick on August 5, 1946 to the late Alfred Brun and Phyllis Goguen. He is the loving father of Tammy Brun and step-father of André and Angel Labelle. He will be sadly missed by his dear friend Rachelle Laberge. Hubert is the beloved Pepère of eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his one sister Diane Hagglund (late Ronald) of Thunder Bay, Ontario, and his five brothers Arthur (Yvette) of Cape Pele New Brunswick, Clarence (Alice) of Shediac, New Brunswick, Edward (Joanne) of Moncton, New Brunswick, Norbert (Eva) of Grand Barachois, New Brunswick, and Paul of Vancouver, BC. The family will receive friends for visitation at McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home, 1411 Hunt Club Road (at Albion Road) on Tuesday, February 5, 2019 from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. A Funeral Service will be held in McEvoy-Shields Chapel at 11 o`clock on Wednesday, February 6, 2019, with a light lunch to follow. Spring interment, South Gower Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, kindly consider a donation to the University of Ottawa Heart Institute in Hubert`s memory.
