Cloutier,
Fernande “Fern”
Peacefully, surrounded
by the constant love of her family, Fern Cloutier passed away at
Parkwood Institute on Sunday, February 24, 2019, at 3:37 pm, in her
90th year.
Fern was predeceased by
her husband Ben, her sons Jerry (the late Robbin) & Mike and
her granddaughter Charlotte. She will be deeply missed by her children
Gaétan Cloutier (Sandy Wilson), Réjeanne St. Cyr
(Dave Lamont), Diane Cloutier (Murray Pursley) and Lisa Cloutier.
Grandma Fern leaves behind her grandchildren Bradley, Derek,
Michèle, Heather, Blair, Amy, Ciérra, Clark and
Benoit, and her great-grandchildren, Ethan, Hunter, Jaiyana, Oliver
K., Owen, Taimen, Kaz and Oliver H. She was loved by many nieces and
nephews as well as friends and extended family.
Fern enjoyed
nearly 4 years at Waverly Mansion Retirement Residence, where she
developed many special and very close relationships, and was well
cared for by staff. She was loved by all who knew her.
Fern’s family wishes to extend a special thanks to the staff
of University Hospital and Parkwood Institute, Palliative Care units,
for their exceptional care.
Visitation will be held
at the Evans Funeral Home, 648 Hamilton
Road, London (1 block east of Egerton St.), on Wednesday, February 27,
2019 from 7-9 p.m. and Thursday, February 28, 2019 from 10 a.m.-12
p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Evans
Chapel on Thursday, February 28, 2019 at 12:00 p.m.
Interment St. Peter’s Cemetery, London,
Ontario.

A tree will be planted by the staff of the Evans Funeral Home as a
living memorial to Fern.
