Mrs. Eunice (Piepgrass) Peterson, beloved Wife of the late Gerald Bruce Peterson, passed away on Monday, February 11, 2019 at the Raymond Hospital at the age of 87 years.
She is the loving mother of Mark (Blanca) Peterson of Calgary and Cameron (Shawna) Peterson of Raymond. Eunice has 8 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister Marie (Piepgrass) Wright.
Eunice was born in Raymond, AB on November 25, 1931. She was the youngest child of Fred and Edyth Piepgrass. Eunice’s family was her life. Her brothers and sisters were always important to her and close to her heart. Eunice and Gerald were married in March of 1960 and resided most of their married life in Taber. Over the last 30 years as grandchildren and great grandchildren arrived, she thrived on them to fulfill her life. Eunice has been a strong and faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints all her life where she received so much happiness and many blessings.
Friends may meet the family on Friday, February 15 from 7:00 – 8:00 pm or prior to the service on Saturday February 16, 2019 from 10:00 – 10:45 am at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Taylor Street Chapel, 221 N 400 W, Raymond, Alberta, the Funeral Service will follow at 11:00 a.m with Bishop Tollestrup officiating. Interment to follow in the Taber Memorial Cemetery.
