Elizabeth “Betty” Joan Wood, of Bruce Township, passed away on Sunday February 10th, 2019 at the age of 78.
Cherished wife of late Robert “Bob” Wood who predeceased her in October 2018.
Beloved mother of Mike Wood and Tammy (Brent) Lamont.
Forever remembered by her grandchildren Jonathon, Robert and Rebecca Lamont.
Missed by her sister Marie Coulter, sisters-in-law Helen and Cindy Wood and brother-in-law Cecil (Virginia) Wood.
Predeceased by her parents Joseph and Veronica Hega, sister Shirley DiDomenico and brothers-in-law William and James Wood.
Visitation will be held at the Davey-Linklater Funeral Home on Friday February 15th, 2019 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.. The memorial service to celebrate Betty’s life will follow at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Ken Craig officiating.
Spring interment, Kincardine Cemetery.
Memorial donations to the Tiverton & District Lions Club or the Kincardine Hospital Foundation would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
