M. Eileen Haas (Hunter)
It is with great sadness that our family announces the passing of our loving mother on February 5, 2019 at the age of 94. Eileen was predeceased by her beloved husband of 51 years, Lawrence. Loving mother of 13 children, grandmother to many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Eileen was an amazing woman, a woman of great character and a woman of strong faith. She will be missed by all.
Family and friends are invited to visit at the West Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 150 Woodroffe Ave. (at Richmond Road), Ottawa on Friday, February 15, 2019 from 2 – 4p.m. and 6 – 8 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, February 16 at 11 a.m. at Our Lady of Fatima Church, 153 Woodroffe Ave., Ottawa.
Following the interment at Hope Cemetery, 4660 Bank Street, a reception will be held. In lieu of flowers donations to the University of Ottawa Heart Institute would be appreciated.
