Edward Fergus Burgess died at 96 years of age on February 3, 2019 at Radville Marion Health Centre. He ranched in the Big Muddy Valley east of Big Beaver for 71 years before moving to the Bengough care home in July 2018. Edward was predeceased by his wife Ferne in 2014. He is survived by two children, his daughter Barbara Anne (Harvey) Mills of Windthorst , SK and son Michael (Tamela) Burgess Big Beaver SK. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren & 5 great-grandchildren. Barbara Anne’s children Daranne (Greg) Harris & son Spencer – Calgary AB and Christopher (Ashley) Mills & sons Harvey and Ryder – Houston Texas. Michael’s children, Tiffany (Kent) Cameron & children Colt & Baylee – Virden MB, Britt Burgess – Big Beaver SK, & Lane (Kendra) Burgess – Minton SK. There will be a celebration of Edward’s life in the spring when the grass greens up!
