Edgar Robichaud
1937-2019
ACADIEVILLE, NB – Edgar Robichaud 81, of
Acadieville passed away peacefully at the Stella Maris Hospital,
Ste-Anne-de-Kent on Sunday, February 24, 2019. Born in
Neguac, he was the son of the late Adelard Robichaud and late
Catherine (Hache) Robichaud.
Edgar will be sadly missed by his loving wife, Sylvie
(Richard) Robichaud of Acadieville; three daughters, Annette Robichaud
(John) of Mississauga, Claudette Robichaud (Mungal) of Brampton,
Debbie Robichaud of Mississauga; four grandchildren, Matthew, Marty,
Brandon, Christopher and one great grandson,
Oliver.
He is also survived by three brothers, Arthur Robichaud
(Emma) of Shediac, Gérald Robichaud (Annette) of Neguac,
Alonzo Robichaud (Ann) of Brampton; one brother-in-law, Leandre Savoie
of Saint John and many nieces and
nephews.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by three sisters,
Anna, Leonida, infant Clarisse and five brothers, Lionel, Alphonse,
Zoël, Yvon and infant Thomas.
Visitation will be held at Immaculate Conception Roman
Catholic Church, Salle André Bérube in
Acadieville on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm, Saturday at 9:30 am
until time of the funeral. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated
on Saturday, March 2, 2019 at 11:00 am, Immaculate Conception Roman
Catholic Church, Acadieville. Donation in Edgar’s
memory may be made to the Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic
Cemetery or to the NB Alzheimer’s Society and would be
appreciated by the family. Arrangements are in care of
Thompson’s Funeral Home, Richibucto (523-4252).
