Dorothy McCully of Campbellton, passed away peacefully on January 19, 2019, at the age of 91. She was born in Bathurst NB, on February 23, 1927 to Hugh and Helena (Melanson) Black.
Dorothy is survived by her five children ; Paul Johnson (Elaine ) Rimby Alberta, Irma Reynolds (Richard ) Rothesay NB, Michael Johnson (Valerie) Squaw Cap NB, David Johnson (Debbie) Campbellton NB and Gloria Johnston (Russell) Kiersteadville NB.
She is also survived by her stepchildren Ralph McCully (Sharon) Sherbrooke, QC, Carol Robertson (Bruce) Rothesay NB and Barbara Felix (Danny ) Tidehead, NB.
Dorothy took great pride in her nine grandchildren, Alana Deuk, Michael Johnson, Ryan Reynolds, Katie Haasen, Jennifer Johnson, Erin McInnis, Douglas Johnson, Helena Lutes, and Kara Johnson; and her seventeen great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her second husband Wallace McCully and by her first husband Melvin Johnson; infant daughter Mary, sister Phyliss Lingley and Wallace’s son Gary McCully.
Funeral Service at Maher’s Funeral Chapel, 64 Lansdowne St., Campbellton, Friday January 25th at 11:00 am.
Visitation at Maher’s Funeral Home, 33 Lansdowne St., Campbellton, Thursday January 24th from 7:00 to 9:00 pm and on Friday January 25th at the Chapel from 10:00 am until time of service.
Remembrances may be made to the memorial of the donor’s choice.
