Born December 8, 1963 in St. Stephen, NB, daughter of the late Lawrence and Jennie (Grant) Stewart.
She is survived by her husband, Richard Dickerson, stepson, Adam Dickerson and stepdaughter, Marie Dickerson, both of St. Stephen, mother-in-law, Rose Eva Dickerson, six grandchildren, four sisters, Debra Grant, St. David Ridge,NB., Mary Cosman (Dave), Debec, NB, Patricia (Terry) McLeod, Moores Mills, NB., Wanda (Philip) Kinney of Johnson Settlement, NB., five brothers: Clifford (Ellen) Stewart of Pictou, NS, Todd (Sue) Stewart of Noonan, NB, Gary (Krista )Stewart, Elmsville, NB., Gordon Stewart, Oak Bay, NB., and Dennis (Adrienne) of Port Colborne, ON, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Valerie Stewart and Lori Stewart, Tammy (Ivan) Arseneault, Barrie, ON, Kim (Roy) Morrow, Edson, AB, Blaine (Stacey) Dickerson, Hinton, AB, Peggy (Paul) MacDougall, Kelowna, BC, Roseann Dickerson, St. George, NB, Serena (Craig) Butler, Spruce Grove AB., Tommy Dickerson (Corrine) of Hinton AB., Trudy Dickerson of Hinton, AB. and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was pre-deceased by two brothers, Jimmy Stewart and Glenn Stewart, father-in-law, Richard Alexander Dickerson and Evelyn Sylvia Glidden.
In keeping with Darlene’s wishes, there will be no funeral service or visitation held.
For those who wish, remembrances to the Charlotte County Cancer Society or a charity of one’s choice would be appreciated.
